The 500-dose vial is generally reconstituted in 5 liters of clean, chlorine-free drinking water.Key Guidelines and RequirementsPrimary Vaccination Schedule: Broilers, layers, and breeders receive the first dose between 10–14 days, often with a booster 7 days later depending on the strain and maternal antibodies.Reconstitution: For a 500-dose vial, mix thoroughly into 5 liters of drinking water. Alternatively, it can be administered via eye drops (one drop per bird) for precision.Storage & Handling: The freeze-dried vaccine must be kept refrigerated between 2°C and 8°C and protected from direct light. Do not freeze the product, and use the mixture immediately (within 1–2 hours) after reconstitution.Waterer Preparation: Withhold drinking water from the birds for 1–2 hours before vaccination to ensure they are thirsty enough to consume the treated water quickly.
